"I’ve had an amazing experience working with Eli as a personal trainer. He really meets you where you’re at and works with you as a whole person from day one. Most worthwhile trainers have an expert knowledge of exercise form and sequencing which Eli certainly does as well but what really makes him stand out to me is his emotional intelligence and compassion. I was able to feel safe and comfortable working with him early on. Anyone can write up a workout routine but Eli was really able to listen to where I was coming from as someone who has struggled with my relationship to food and exercise all of my life. He really tailored my workouts to the limited time and equipment I have available to me and is really thoughtful in how he checks in during our sessions. Since we started working together I’ve been able to slowly build up my workouts as a consistent part of my life in a sustainable way after always struggling with intense starts and stops in the past.
